Resources from 'Living Life in Colour'
Often people reach for that bag of cookies when they’re not really hungry. What they really need is to tap into their emotions and work out what part of themselves it is they’re trying to nourish. This exercise in the book is designed to have you tap into not only what you’re eating but how you’re feeling as you’re eating it, so you can begin to address the real issues and move past them.
A little bit of Mind Shui, ideally to be used in conjunction with Week 4 of 'Living Life in Colour' the Playbook (available in the Shop). It’s important to keep the brain active and ward off degenerative diseases of the brain.
Life Balance Map
This activity is designed to:
- Get you clear on how you actually spend your time
- Work out what/who your time vampires are (the things/people that suck your time)
- Help you gain back control of your life by working out a timetable that’s right for you
A little bit of Social Shui, ideally to be used in conjunction with Week 5 of 'Living Life in Colour' the Playbook (available in the Shop). With everything so digitalised these days, we really need to be aware of how we communicate when in face to face human situations.
This 10 page booklet is filled with Decor Shui to get you clearing some clutter and creating beautiful displays.
This guide can be used as a stand-alone or alongside my book ‘Living Life in Colour’ during week 3. The exercise in the book is designed to get your creativity flowing and begin to shift the energy in your home. When you shift the energy in your home, change starts to happen.
